Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the mechanical department with expertise in mechanical engineering and a strong background in leadership.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and training to team members to optimize their performance.
  • Improve work processes and reduce processing times through analysis and training.
  • Plan and manage personnel deployment.
  • Manage machines and tools.
Requirements
  • Experienced mechanical engineer with a master's or technician's degree.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position.
  • Availability to obtain a crane operator's license and forklift license.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and open to new ideas.
  • Self-motivated, decision-making, and responsible.
