Key Responsibilities:
- Independently discover, evaluate, and analyze potential investment properties within the German residential real estate market.
- Formulate and execute sustainable acquisition strategies.
- Prepare decision-making proposals for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate transactions and negotiate purchase agreements.
- Lead commercial due diligence and supervise technical and legal due diligence processes.
- Broaden regional and national networks with key market players, including institutional investors, funds, family offices, and private investors.
- Conduct ongoing market research, location and competition analysis, and gather insights on market trends.
- Engage and manage service providers such as lawyers, valuation experts, architects, and consultants.

Requirements:

- Several years of relevant experience with a proven track record in investment, acquisition, and transactions within the real estate sector.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- A strong network with regional and national market participants and service providers, along with in-depth knowledge of the German residential real estate market.
