Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Alfred Pfersich GmbH & Co. KG in Neu-Ulm, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active customer support via phone or in our showroom
  • Close collaboration with our sales team in the field
  • Planning and execution of marketing campaigns and sales promotions
  • Creation and processing of offers/contracts up to coordination of delivery with own and external logistics
  • Disposition of equipment
  • Ongoing optimization of our warehouse management system
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with people - customers and suppliers
  • Team player with ambition and drive
  • Experience in similar business fields - open to learning new things
  • Career training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade
  • Interest in technology and its application
  • Experience in CRM - order processing/order processing
