Job Title: Head of Global Food Procurement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global food procurement team. As Head of Global Food Procurement, you will be responsible for managing a small team of procurement experts and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate global service contracts with strategic suppliers to drive joint business growth.
  • Analyze international market trends and align with sourcing teams in our countries to derive creative business solutions.
  • Develop, negotiate, and implement the Global Own Brand Range in our 22 countries.
  • Align with country subsidiaries to harmonize the product range and leverage scales.
  • Monitor supplier production capacity and coverage rate, and track e-sourcing status and report data.
Requirements:
  • University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 10 years relevant work experience in buying food/FMCG on an international level.
  • Proven leadership experience in team and functional management, with a demonstrated ability to guide, develop, and evaluate team performance.
  • Strong interest in food product development and sound understanding of HoReCa customer needs.
  • Strong negotiator with a proven track record in category management and condition-based supplier negotiations.
  • Proficient knowledge in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
