Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity

Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Frankfurt office. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in leading commercial financial analysis for several Europe markets and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business partnering and commercial decision support across multiple business intersections
  • Analyze key performance indicators across revenue, capacity, utilization, WIP/AR, and costs, providing insightful analysis and messaging to leadership teams
  • Support analysis of project and partner economics, providing timely information to support queries or requests
  • Engage with business leaders and colleagues in other support teams to drive quarterly business reviews and annual budget cycles
  • Provide financial counsel on commercial pricing, including investment appraisal and review of non-standard fee structures
  • Lead on ad-hoc regional FP&A process improvement and MIS reporting initiatives and automation
  • Deliver other ad-hoc regional strategic financial analysis and projects as needed
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of commercial Financial Analysis work experience within a multinational commercial organization
  • Native or fluent English and German language skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Finance qualification (e.g., CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA) desirable
  • Salesforce and/or Tableau experience or other finance ERP systems desirable
