Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will engage in all activities associated with the management of parts and semi-finished or finished products within the warehouse or during transit to/from the production line. Your daily tasks will include organizing and categorizing materials for storage in accordance with established guidelines. You will also demonstrate your skills by executing other routine tasks as per standard operating procedures. The work model for this role is: #onsite. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and overseeing the retrieval of returns from clients in collaboration with transportation providers.
• Unpacking and evaluating returned items, documenting and managing complaints and returns for both import and export. Initiating internal or, if necessary, external clarifications.
• Processing credit notes in line with internal policies and arranging subsequent or replacement shipments to the client.
• Conducting plausibility checks (weight comparisons, storage location verifications) based on customer complaints.
• Organizing and categorizing materials for storage in accordance with guidelines.
• Performing routine tasks as per established procedures.
• Selecting components from inventory for dispatch and final packing on pallets.
• Handling boxes and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other returns management tools.
- Experience with SAP ERP, SalesForce, and Babtec is preferred.
- Some background in reverse logistics is advantageous.
- Proficient in managing returned goods and addressing related customer issues.
- Strong communication skills with customers, transporters, and internal teams, including sales, quality, and logistics, while being proactive in process enhancements.
- Commercial training or a proven history in reverse logistics.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
