Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Rechtsexperten, der sich auf Vertriebs- und Wettbewerbsrecht spezialisiert hat. Als Senior Legal Counsel werden Sie Teil unseres Rechtsdepartments und unterstützen unsere Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche in allen Rechtsfragen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche in Vertriebs- und Wettbewerbsrecht
  • Projektarbeit, Vertriebskooperationen und Kampagnen mit rechtlicher Beratung
  • Beobachtung und Bewertung von Entwicklungen der Gesetzgebung und Rechtsprechung
  • Umsetzung von Änderungen und Anweisungen von Behörden und Verbänden
  • Praxisorientierte Lösungen für Vertriebsanweisungen und Vertragsabschlüsse
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden, Kunden und Verbänden in vertrieblichen Belangen
  • Juristische Bearbeitung von außergerichtlichen Auseinandersetzungen
Qualifikationen
  • Erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen
  • Erfahrung im Vertriebs- und Wettbewerbsrecht, vorzugsweise in einem Versicherungsunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
  • Fortbildungsbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
