We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Bethel Foundation, Central Department, in the Immobilienmanagement department, Bau + Technik division, located in Bielefeld-Bethel.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the long-term preservation and functionality of our managed properties, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our properties to ensure their value and functionality are preserved.
• Lead construction projects, including renovations, expansions, and modernizations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of our properties, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Building Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent experience in the field.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of the HOAI and VOB regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and specialized project management software.
• Valid driver's license.
