Job Overview

As a Sales Associate Beverage at REWE, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our beverage section is well-stocked, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display and Merchandising: Create an attractive product display that showcases our beverage offerings and encourages customers to explore our selection.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, answering their questions, and offering expert advice on our beverage products.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that our shelves are always stocked and that we have a good balance of products.
  • Stockroom Operations: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays and promotions that drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a beverage or food industry.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
