Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential clients and prospects across targeted sectors and markets.
  • Utilize diverse communication channels, including email, social media, and online networking platforms, to engage with prospects and initiate connections.
  • Design and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting new clientele.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria, prioritizing them for follow-up by the sales department.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and prospect information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation initiatives and meet organizational goals.
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators related to lead generation activities and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and best practices in lead generation and sales outreach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or a comparable role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively engage prospects.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and proactive work ethic, with a focus on achieving results.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online networking strategies for lead generation.
