Job Summary

Buss Fertiggerichte GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production process, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of our production lines, including the management of production schedules, inventory, and personnel.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they are within budget and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, increasing productivity and reducing waste.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
