Job Overview:

As a key player in our logistics team, you will be responsible for the effective scheduling of shipments within national transport networks. Your role will involve:

  • Managing and coordinating shipments independently in the national transport sector.
  • Ensuring compliance with driving and rest time regulations, as well as other legal standards.
  • Evaluating purchasing rates and crafting competitive offers.
  • Engaging in negotiations with carriers, freight forwarders, and clients.
  • Strategically planning routes based on cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining quality assurance.
  • Streamlining logistics processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed vocational training, preferably in logistics services or a related field.
  • Experience in truck dispatching is advantageous.
  • Strong command of German and basic proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with a collaborative and motivated approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
