About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Specialist Assistant at our Remscheid location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by conducting hearing tests and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Implement sales strategies and optimize processes to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Support customers in maintaining their hearing systems, advising on accessories, and building long-term relationships.
  • Utilize customer data to initiate phone calls and organize local marketing events, such as health fairs and market days.
  • As a data administrator, ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and inventory control within the store.

Requirements:

  • Completion of training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
