Nursing Educator

About the Role:

We are committed to enhancing healthcare delivery in Germany and are looking for a dedicated Nursing Educator (m/f/d) for Nursing Professional Training to join our part-time team (20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering both theoretical and practical instruction to nursing students
• Creating engaging and effective teaching modules
• Administering evaluations and examinations
• Mentoring and supporting students and practical trainers
• Contributing to the design and execution of an innovative educational framework

Qualifications:

• Completed training in a healthcare-related field
• Degree in Education (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Experience in skill development for young adults
• Previous teaching experience
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools for educational purposes
• Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods
• Proof of full measles vaccination
