Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician (w/m/d) to join our team at Apleona in Hamburg. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, maintaining, and servicing building technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Operations: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building technical systems, including heating, ventilation, and sanitation systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve technical issues with building systems, and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • System Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system inspections, maintenance, and repairs, and update documentation as required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless technical operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and best practices in building technical systems, and implement improvements to our technical operations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Completed vocational training in heating technology, sanitary engineering, indoor air quality, or refrigeration technology, and several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Technical Expertise: Interdisciplinary expertise and experience in technical service or facility management is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
