Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Product to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product vision, ensuring seamless collaboration with our CEO, engineering, and product design teams.

Your primary focus will be on building and leading a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You'll work closely with our CEO to develop and execute our product strategy, driving growth and revenue through data-driven decision-making and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's overall mission and goals
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive product development and execution, ensuring seamless alignment with company goals
  • Attract, coach, and develop world-class talent, ensuring the team is equipped to drive business growth and revenue
  • Drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across all products, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric approach
  • Evangelize user value and understanding across the organization, ensuring a customer-centric mindset
  • Set clear priorities and work closely with regional leaders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and execution

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of product development, with experience in driving growth and revenue through data-driven decision-making and user-centric design
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in product-first companies, with a strong understanding of the complexities of building a suite of products for SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and experimentation
