Your Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of safety, operational excellence, or sustainability initiatives within defined budget, timeline, and scope.
- Conduct thorough Root-Cause Analysis, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and oversee safety audits.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate safety standards, contributing to saving lives and increasing productivity and sustainability for our clients.
- Monitor and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Ensure projects yield tangible benefits for clients while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Establish timelines and oversee deliverables throughout project execution.
Your Profile
As a freelance subject matter expert fluent in German, you will be well-equipped to engage with complex safety projects, demonstrating a proven track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all organizational levels. Additionally, you will possess:
- A Master's degree in Engineering, HSE, or Business.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management consulting.
- Expertise in operational risk management, operational excellence, or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or Utilities sectors.
- Experience in change management and fostering a safety culture.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to cultivate expertise in safety and operations management.
