Job Title: BIM Expert

We are currently seeking a highly skilled BIM professional to establish and develop our planning services related to Building Information Modeling (BIM).

You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and develop innovative solutions in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. The position can be filled at various locations within the Bachner Gruppe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with specified BIM standards, guidelines, and methods to ensure seamless project execution
  • Plan and conduct BIM coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Develop and implement cross-trade planning strategies within architecture and building services
  • Act as a BIM coordinator specializing in electrical engineering, developing technical concepts independently, and providing expert guidance to project teams
  • Construct parametric BIM models to enhance project visualization and data management

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a completed further education as a Technician/Master*
  • Several years of experience in BIM management and electrical engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD software such as MicroStation and Revit, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented personality, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
