As a key player in our global spare parts operations, you will oversee the effective management of spare parts availability and logistics across our Tool Service Centers and international warehouses.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse network of international teams, promoting interdepartmental cooperation and sharing your insights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a comprehensive overview of spare parts inventory in both distribution centers and Tool Service Centers.
- Managing inventory independently and ensuring the accuracy of material master data.
- Monitoring orders and stock levels in SAP daily to swiftly identify and resolve potential shortages.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to logistics, including delivery readiness, capital commitment, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitating the global flow of goods by managing imports, exports, and customs processes.

What you need:
- A degree in supply chain management or equivalent logistical training, along with relevant professional experience.
- Desirable additional training in customs clearance or a willingness to develop skills in customs and foreign trade.
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in office applications and SAP within the logistics domain.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with additional proficiency in Russian being a plus.
- A high performance level and eagerness to tackle new responsibilities and complex challenges.
