Job Description

Lagardère Travel Retail Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data Management and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data management and analytics efforts, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of data management and analytics strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data management systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through data validation, data profiling, and data governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and analytics, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data management and analytics strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong technical skills in data management, data governance, and data analytics, including experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven solutions.
