We are seeking a dedicated
INTERN (m/f/x) IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight
- Oversee incoming claims related to quantity and quality in collaboration with Retail, Logistics, and Finance. Assist the Finance Team with all pertinent matters.
- Detect and rectify pricing inconsistencies between billed and received amounts.
- Participate in the execution of immediate and daily tasks to align with the Finance strategy.
Store Operations Support
- Assist in managing inbound processes to ensure timely availability and payment.
- Address shipping claims with Suppliers and Finance.
- Relay essential information to retail locations and Logistics Teams.
- Monitor returns to suppliers and warehouse.
- Provide support to Stores on daily inventory management issues.
Adhere to company policies and procedures in daily operations.

Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain principles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and vlookup)
Fluency in English and German (written communication and the majority of verbal discussions conducted in English).
