About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disponent Personal to join our team at Effenberger & Klaus GmbH. As a key member of our personnel department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and placement of staff, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and place qualified personnel to meet the needs of our clients
  • Coordinate the deployment of personnel based on their skills and qualifications
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees
  • Create and manage employee schedules and work assignments
  • Prepare and negotiate employment contracts and agency agreements
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to both employees and clients
  • Meet and exceed client expectations by coordinating personnel needs
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal German language skills
  • Good English language skills are an asset
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Confident and professional demeanor
