The SAP Development Team operates within the global IT organization and is an integral part of the IT Software Development Department. We collaborate closely with our stakeholders in the business sector and our external partners to support our digital initiatives, identify optimal solutions, implement them effectively, and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Your responsibilities will involve:
- Leading the Fiori implementation process from initial conception, through configuration and development, to go-live management and troubleshooting on a global scale for the S/4HANA 2021 release
- Designing user experiences for SAP UI5/Fiori applications and driving their development
- Conceptualizing hybrid architectures for mobile solutions utilizing Fiori technology
- Collaborating with the Software Development Team and engaging with current and prospective users and clients in IT and Business to understand their needs and translate them into product specifications
- Ensuring the availability, security, and quality of the relevant IT applications and infrastructure
- Overseeing all phases of product development, including design and implementation
- Monitoring and assessing product progress at each stage of the development process
Your qualifications include:
- Proven experience in frontend development, with participation in Fiori/UI5 implementation projects
- Proficiency in ABAP/CDS development within the SAP BTP IDE
- Ability to showcase your git repositories and/or proof of concept in frontend technologies (both SAP and non-SAP related)
- Expertise in Fiori Freestyle and Fiori Elements
- Familiarity with Restful Application Programming (RAP) or Cloud Application Programming (CAP) is advantageous
- An independent and solution-oriented work ethic that distinguishes you from others
- A degree in computer science or engineering with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher); knowledge of German is a plus
