Our Field & Support Service team plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient technical operations across REWE Group's retail outlets (REWE, Penny, Nahkauf) every day. Our mission is to ensure that our customers enjoy a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

We are seeking committed assistance for our Innendienst team in the capacity of a Service & Support Engineer. In this role, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including managing hardware and overseeing invoice processing.

  • Assist the team with daily tasks and take on administrative responsibilities, particularly in hardware management
  • Oversee invoice processing and control
  • Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective communication
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to evaluate and implement technical solutions

Your Qualifications:

  • Open-minded, approachable, and eager to expand your knowledge
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time program related to IT or technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and possess a basic understanding of databases
  • Strong proficiency in the German language (both written and spoken)
