Wir suchen motivierte Junior Marketing Manager mit einem Fokus auf Performance Marketing, die unser Marketing- und Sales-Team in Leipzig unterstützen.

Aufgaben

In der Rolle des Online-Marketing Managers bist du verantwortlich für die Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen.

Dein Hauptziel ist es, durch gezielte Marketingmaßnahmen Umsatzwachstum zu erzielen. Du steuerst eigenständig verschiedene Online-Marketingaktivitäten und stimmst diese mit dem übergeordneten Marketingplan ab. Zudem hilfst du dabei, interne Abläufe und Prozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Kampagnen auf Google, Meta und Pinterest.
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Lead-Management- und E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen.
  • Konzeption und operative Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen.
  • Erfolgsmessung und -auswertung der Kampagnen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Online-Marketing (ausgenommen Social Media oder Content).
Qualifikation
  • Wünschenswert: Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung.
  • Hohes analytisches Gespür.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Analyse und statistische Auswertung mit Excel.
  • Erstklassige Umgangsformen und Freude an der Teamarbeit.
  • Freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten.
  • Duales Denkvermögen aus Endkunden- und Anbieterperspektive.
  • Hohe Motivation und Ehrgeiz.
  • Gute Selbstorganisation.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 (gerne auch Englisch).
  • Grundkenntnisse in HTML sind von Vorteil.
