Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Services Engineer to join our team at Daniel Hentschel - Personalberatung. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning and execution of building services projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate building services projects, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering, with a strong background in project management and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Autodesk, Revit, or similar.
