Job Description

As an ERP Administrator, you will be part of the internal service team responsible for the administration and development of commercial IT applications such as ERP, DMS, and other systems at INIT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of our ERP system IFS, including user and rights management, report creation (invoicing and evaluations), customization of surfaces, cockpits, and dashboards, as well as monitoring of the ERP system.
  • Technical ERP support for the departments within INIT.
  • Error analysis and correction, as well as support for technical problems, also in collaboration with other support teams.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the availability and performance of the ERP system.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations and interfaces.
  • Coordinating and accompanying updates and upgrades of ERP systems.
  • Documented processes and system environments.
Requirements:
  • Completed education or degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initiative and conceptual skills for process optimization and project work.
  • Sound knowledge in administration, configuration, and adaptation of ERP systems.
  • Good knowledge of database management, SQL, and various data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Basic knowledge of a programming language is an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Very good German and English skills to convey technical information in a clear and understandable way.
