Job Description

We are seeking a Specialist Reporting & Data Management Expert to ensure the continuous monitoring and control of sales management information. As a company committed to digital transformation, we are looking for professionals in the field of controlling to plan our future and drive the company forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify, and expand standard reports for various business areas of NOVENTI Group, incorporating multiple data sources.
  • Promote and maintain guidelines, standards, and processes, as well as conduct related reporting.
  • Establish and expand the internal BI structure, focusing on sales and service areas.
  • Design and implement complex analyses (e.g., potential, segmentation) to achieve sustainable goals and control.
  • Regularly inspect and optimize data quality and consistency.
  • Develop and enhance reporting self-services for individual departments to provide timely, actionable data and analysis for operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • A completed university degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with relevant work experience in the controlling field.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with IT affinity and experience with digital technologies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of database administration and experience in building and developing a data warehouse structure.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server administration and excellent knowledge of SQL/T-SQL, as well as proficiency in multiple analytical tools like Tableau, SSRS, Visual Studio, BI tools (Cubeware, Board, MicroStrategy, Informatica), Excel/Access, and VBA.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, such as Navision and Salesforce, particularly in data structures and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a healthy assertiveness, as well as a high level of self-responsibility and self-motivation.
