Your Role: Environmental & Energy Management Intern
As an intern in our Environmental & Energy Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting our global initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and reduce our environmental footprint. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of energy management, including:
- Participation in the HOERBIGER Global Energy Efficiency Program: Assist in implementing and monitoring energy-saving measures across our global operations.
- Support for Energy Management Workshops: Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of workshops at various HOERBIGER locations, sharing best practices and promoting energy awareness.
- Identification and Evaluation of Energy Saving Potential: Analyze data and identify opportunities for reducing energy consumption in our facilities and processes.
- Data Collection and Monitoring: Track the implementation of energy-saving measures and monitor their effectiveness through data analysis.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on workshop outcomes, energy performance indicators, and investment analyses.
Your Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Energy & Environmental Technology, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical energy supply systems.
- Prior experience in building technology, facility management, or construction design is advantageous.
- Strong interest in the field of energy management.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
