Job Title: Internship in the field of QMS and ProCodex

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in the field of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ProCodex. As a QMS and ProCodex Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our QMS and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and standard requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the QMS and processes in grow docupedia, evaluating and optimizing them from structure to realization.
  • Work with start-ups to collect data, evaluate relevant legal and standard requirements, and independently integrate legal requirements into ProCodex.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable good practices for understanding our processes and ProCodex tools application.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned in ad-hoc cases.
Requirements:
  • Master's studies in the field of Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering System, or comparable.
  • Proficient in computer science and information technologies background, competent handling of MS Office (PowerBI) and Web-Based Tools, experience with quality management systems and processes.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
