Site Installation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Installation Project Manager. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring installation activities on site, ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop optimized implementation concepts and coordinate installation activities on site.
- Manage and advise a team of qualified specialists and technicians.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the technically correct, timely, and cost-effective installation of traction power supply components.
- Coordinate interfaces between technical and non-technical partners.
- Review installation costs and inform project management of cost overruns.
- Support tendering and awarding of installation contracts.
- Develop and implement execution concepts with interdisciplinary teams.
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
- Many years of relevant experience in projects related to traction current electrification, power generation, or high-voltage direct current transmission.
- Expertise in project planning and development, team leadership, and construction site or technical project management.
- Intercultural experience and willingness to travel up to 50% worldwide.
- Fluency in English and ideally German.
