RABOT Charge is seeking a Senior Product Designer to spearhead pivotal product design projects. In this role, you will oversee the complete design lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will work collaboratively to establish a strategic vision for the design function, building essential partnerships across various departments.

Your Contributions
  • Transforming complex business workflows into a seamless and elegant user experience, advancing from initial ideas to development-ready designs with high-fidelity prototypes.

  • Developing process diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to clearly convey design concepts and intricate interaction patterns.

  • Contributing to multiple initiatives within a dynamic, agile environment.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or in a similar capacity.
  • A portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital product design.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies, along with proficiency in data-driven analytics.
  • Ability to effectively influence others in setting and achieving objectives and timelines.
  • Skilled in project prioritization and management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in using Figma for design-related tasks.
  • Experience in a product-led growth environment.
  • Fluency in German is advantageous.
