Role Overview
In the context of digital transformation, evolving markets, and increasing uncertainties, the ability to access reliable and consolidated data in real-time is crucial for organizational success. To address these challenges, G+D has established a global Business Intelligence Center (BIC) to effectively manage the growing demands for data analysis and reporting.

Position: SAP BI Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to business units on defining and implementing reporting requirements.
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for BI & Analytics topics, particularly in Human Resources (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors) and hybrid modeling approaches.
- Manage sub-projects and oversee project management tasks.
- Coordinate and implement reporting requirements within the SAP BW backend (SAP BW 7.4 and BW/4HANA).
- Develop queries and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and PowerBI.
- Collaborate on international rollouts and system modifications (upgrades, patches, HANA migration).
- Create IT concepts and ensure their implementation in the respective tools.
- Maintain ongoing operations in the SAP Business Intelligence domain.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in HR Reporting with SAP BI/BW, including a solid understanding of HR key figures and the ability to translate them into comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in designing and enhancing innovative SAP BI solutions.
- Several years of demonstrated project experience in SAP BW/4HANA and hybrid data modeling.
- Familiarity with ABAP OO, CDS Views, and SQL Script is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in ABAP and AMDP development.
- Exceptional ability to convey and present technical concepts in business terms.
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
