Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Prepare and present products in a visually appealing manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant sales or customer service experience an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
