We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant at Dr. Hartung Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Mönchengladbach.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and court filings
- Handling billing and financial transactions
- Reviewing and processing cost applications
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, opponents, and lawyers via phone and email
- Drafting appeals, requests, and other legal documents
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
