We are seeking a highly skilled PreMaster Management-Assistant to join our team at Robert Bosch GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading project management initiatives and driving cost reduction measures across various product areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management initiatives for XC/RPP-AN, focusing on Product Area Integrating Devices
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Plan and organize workshops to drive process improvements
- Evaluate cost-saving ideas and prepare management decision bases
- Support product managers in the implementation phase
- Coordinate global cost reduction projects and activities across multiple teams
- Continuously improve RPP processes with purchasing, development, project management, and manufacturing
- Lead monthly management meetings for product area integrating devices
- Prepare monthly RPP management reports
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B. Sc., B. Eng., B. A.)
- Personality: Team-minded, flexible, persuasive
- Skills: Analytical thinking, persistence, ability to work under pressure
- Experience: Knowledge in Controlling preferred
- Languages: English (C1 level mandatory), German (B1 level preferred)
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees. The program provides practical experience and a Master's course, including additional events and seminars, as well as personal mentoring.
