Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage sales activities within a designated region, ensuring seamless execution and maximum results.
  • Provide strategic support to regional Service Sales Managers, Country Managers, and Sales Directors for Digital Services products, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement the Digital Service Strategy 2030 and related country-specific strategies within Schmitz Cargobull AG, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales performance, leveraging KPI-based management techniques to drive business excellence.
  • Design and refine sales processes for Digital Services, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to develop and optimize sales materials, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales teams and drive business success.
  • Coach sales teams to ensure they possess in-depth knowledge of Digital Services across Europe, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customer strategies for commercial success, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive business growth.
  • Participate in Data Driven Services projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and driving business excellence.
  • Represent Schmitz Cargobull AG at trade shows and customer events, showcasing the company's expertise and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales of digital products and services, with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in IoT, data management, or logistics, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Experience leading remote teams, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Training development and delivery experience, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training programs.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French or Spanish being an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, with a strong understanding of its applications and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Customer-oriented, interculturally adept, and a team player, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and assertiveness skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
