Category & Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) - Senior Commercial Strategist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial efforts in the Oral Care, Home Care, and Personal Care categories across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a Category & Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and optimizing commercial processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-lead and manage the commercial calendar and processes, ensuring timely and in-full delivery of inputs for decision meetings.
- Oversee and develop commercial procedures and tools, identifying gaps and challenges, and addressing them.
- Steer the overall x-brand assortment and promotional strategy, including couponing.
- Support the development of country and channel-specific portfolio capabilities to maximize consumer value and business profitability.
- Provide data-driven insights and tools to support the design-for-channel operational framework.
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial processes and tools.
- Lead process optimization with the x-functional team, including the Data Management Process.
**Expected Outcomes**
- Establish a high-quality, timely commercial process that steers our business across the three countries.
- Ensure high awareness and prioritization within cross-functional teams on commercial deliverables and outcomes.
- Ensure tools and processes are fit for purpose, supporting efficient commercial steering.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Development, and/or Trade Marketing.
- Experience in executing category growth strategies and driving operational plans.
- Ability to leverage various forms of data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with a robust understanding of brand and retailer P&Ls.
- A networker with the ability to manage the cross-functional matrix organization.
