Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disponent to join our team at Elflein Holding. As a Disponent, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate transportation routes and schedules
  • Manage and coordinate with drivers and transportation providers
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or transportation
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in transportation management software
