District Manager

LBS Landesbausparkasse NordWest is seeking a driven and experienced District Manager to join our growing team in the field of real estate financing.

As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their homeownership journey. You will leverage your expertise in building savings, financing options, sustainable modernization, and retirement planning to provide tailored solutions that meet individual needs.

• Independently manage your daily tasks and build a successful client portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients, understanding their financial goals and aspirations.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities to expand our reach.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and local savings banks to ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout the building savings and financing process.
