Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Overview:
Tipico Technology Services GmbH is seeking a Tech Lead Quality Assurance to enhance our dynamic team. Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and management of releases across the organization and various portfolios.
- Take ownership of risk management and issue resolution that impacts release scope, timeline, and quality.
- Monitor and assess quality, providing regular updates on releases and testing outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-tribe testing to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish guidelines for test system configurations and coordinate related implementations across tribes.
- Develop and maintain testing tools for software across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Experience: Several years in an Information Systems Operations environment.
- Background: Previous experience in release, testing, and/or project management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of testing frameworks and technical specifications.
- Leadership: Ability to guide testing teams towards achieving objectives.
- Quality Standards: Capability to align and uphold Quality Assurance standards within the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams to complete tasks effectively.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with Software Development Process tools (e.g., Jenkins, Microservices).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
