About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Viega GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve process efficiency and product quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality control processes
  • Develop and implement training programs for production staff on quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, quality assurance)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency and product quality
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
