ECM Solutions Consultant

Become a vital member of our innovative team at intex Informations-Systeme GmbH, where we specialize in delivering digital solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients. As an ECM Solutions Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include designing, advising, and executing intricate projects within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management System (DMS) sectors. Collaborating with esteemed partners, you will enhance operational workflows and develop tailored document management systems that drive organizational effectiveness.

Your role will extend beyond project execution; you will also play a crucial part in supporting the sales team during the pre-sales process, assisting in the preparation of proposals, and acting as a technical liaison for IT-related inquiries. Additionally, you will provide both remote and on-site customer support, fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders.

  • Completed training as a Specialist in Application Development or System Integration, or a degree in Computer Science
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Server administration, SQL databases, hardware systems, and MS Office
  • Experience in ECM/DMS is advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, dedication, and flexibility
