Your Responsibilities

  • Manage complex customer projects in the field of energy supply systems, overseeing budgets and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead the entire contract process from concept and proposal development to customer acceptance, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, authorities, and suppliers.
  • Represent the Business Unit management and oversee personnel planning and budget responsibility, ensuring smooth operations and effective team management.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees and business partners in case of representation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Your Profile

  • Hold a successful degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, Energy Technology, Renewable Energies, Business Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualifications as a Technician.
  • Bring previous experience in roles such as (Senior) Project Manager, Project Leader, Project Engineer, or Project Technician in the described field, allowing you to hit the ground running.
  • Have experience as a leader or team manager with personnel and budget responsibility, granting you valuable skills in team management and project delivery.
  • Exhibit an independent work approach, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to travel for our projects, significantly contributing to our team's success.
  • Fluent German language skills are also required.
