Your Responsibilities

  • You will actively drive the professionalization of our controlling processes.
  • Your responsibilities include managing reporting to our financial partners and continuously improving these reports. You will independently analyze variances in Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, presenting your findings effectively.
  • Moreover, you will play a crucial role in shaping the FP&A process: overseeing the comprehensive planning process, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and implementing insights within the three-statement model.
  • Based on this planning, you will analyze discrepancies and assist your stakeholders in budget management, with a particular focus on OPEX and Net Working Capital items, which you will monitor throughout the monthly closing process.
  • Through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, you will help embed a value creation mindset within the company culture, supported by ongoing, transparent, and effective financial analysis.
  • You will also assist with various tasks related to the preparation of the monthly financial statements.
  • In cross-departmental projects and analyses, you will actively contribute, leveraging your business acumen.
Your Profile
  • A completed degree in Business or Finance.
  • At least four years of professional experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experienced with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
  • A deep understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Analytical mindset, strong numerical skills, and a desire for fresh insights.
  • Excellent communication skills across various management levels.
  • Team-oriented, organized, and capable of providing professional leadership.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
