- Lead and manage our marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions
- Develop and manage our brand identity in Germany, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage and measure the ROI and KPIs of our marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
- Oversee our social media presence in Germany, developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand
- Work closely with our London-based marketing team to ensure alignment and collaboration on global marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage department budgets, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve business objectives
- Fluency in English and German
- Several years of experience in fast-growing, consumer-focused businesses
