Key Responsibilities- Guide a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in crafting cutting-edge sports analytics models.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our machine learning initiatives.
- Enhance IT architecture and streamline processes for optimal performance.
- Bring your creative ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with cloud technologies, including at least 2 years in a Cloud Architect role.
- Proficient in Cloud Architecture solutions on AWS and skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies.
- Familiar with standard machine learning technology stacks (numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and best practices for ML development and deployment.
- Experience in setting up and managing ML CI/CD pipelines (MLOps).
- Ability to document architecture using ERD and UML methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams within an agile framework.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to pursue relevant cloud certifications from AWS, GCP, or Azure during the probationary period.

- Fluency in German or a commitment to achieving professional German certification during the probationary period.
- Preference for candidates residing in Germany or willing to relocate.
