Position Overview
- Oversee a team of 10 professionals focused on SAP integration, offering leadership in disciplinary, technical, and commercial aspects.
- Manage the operation and enhancement of ERP and financial solutions, including SAP Process Orchestration and SAP Solution Manager.
- Champion innovation within the ERP domain.
- Provide consultation and support to clients at the executive level.
- Assist team members in managing customer interactions and resolving escalations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience.
- Exhibit proven leadership capabilities and experience in client consulting and IT project management.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in IT (e.g., SAP) and possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Adopt a structured, client-focused, and economically driven approach.
