About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Solutions Manager to join our team at RTL AdAlliance, a leading advertising sales house. As a Brand Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our media partners to understand their creative solutions capabilities and identify opportunities for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media partners to understand their creative solutions offerings and identify opportunities for our clients.
  • Work with our colleagues across Europe and the US to gain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and objectives, and match media partner opportunities to specific clients.
  • Evangelize partnerships and solutions internally across RTL AdAlliance offices, ensuring all sales teams are aware of the most relevant opportunities in each market.
  • Take briefs from clients or client leads, interrogate briefs, and create clear and compelling proposals to pitch directly to clients or agencies.

Your Profile

  • 4-6 years of media experience, preferably in a media agency or broadcast media owner, ideally in a sponsorship/partnership role or planning.
  • Broadcast and digital media knowledge is preferred, with a clear understanding of the role that different media channels play in the communications mix.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitch proposals.
  • Lateral thinking, strong organization, and fluency in English and German.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities for clients.
