Market Pricing Specialist

As a Pricing Analyst, you will hold a vital position in analyzing essential market, industry, and customer data. Your contributions will support our business by preparing and disseminating critical insights and information to various stakeholders, aligned with our marketing and sales strategies. You will leverage tools and your expertise to create tailored models that assist in forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic evaluations, among other tasks as required by the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Dive into Data: Collect, analyze, and coordinate both internal and external data for comprehensive analyses, conducting ad-hoc evaluations to assess the overall profitability of pricing proposals.
• Innovate Processes: Lead the ongoing enhancement of processes and the implementation of digital solutions to boost our efficiency and competitive edge.
• Ensure Compliance: Make certain that operational pricing guidelines are adhered to promptly. You will take ownership of executing pricing processes and identifying sustainable solutions to challenges.
• Drive Curiosity: Address and respond to complex and strategic inquiries regarding data and insight analyses, opportunities, and market trends at both national and international levels, collaborating with regional pricing managers and relevant teams.

What We Are Looking For

• A successful university degree or equivalent vocational training, along with initial experience in pricing.
• Strong analytical skills and a pronounced problem-solving orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, along with familiarity with ERP systems and Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.
• A blend of deep analytical capabilities and an entrepreneurial mindset to make data-driven decisions and devise innovative solutions that propel our success.
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
